1. Schedule a Pickup: Create an account, select your pickup day and time, and provide any special instructions or promo codes.
2. Dirty Laundry Gone: Simply place your laundry and dry cleaning out for pickup. New customers can leave items in trash bags, hampers, or labeled bags.
3. Clean Laundry Delivered: We'll collect your laundry, clean it according to your instructions, and deliver it within the specified window. Wash and fold laundry will be ready in a minimum of 48 hours, while dry cleaning takes one week.

• Who will be cleaning my laundry? All laundry is processed in our specialized facility by professional staff dedicated to laundering clothes exclusively.
• What kind of detergent do you use? By default, we use unscented detergent (All or Arm & Hammer), but you can request scented detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets when scheduling a pickup.
• Do I have to be home for pickups or deliveries? No, it's not necessary to be present. However, being available via phone or text for any location-related issues is appreciated.
• Do you do wash and hang? Yes, we can accommodate requests for hanging items. Please mention this in the pickup notes.
• What do I put my laundry in for my first pickup? You may use any bag for your initial pickup; disposable trash bags are commonly used. Your order will be returned in our custom wash & fold bags.
• Can I request no plastic? Certainly! We are happy to bag items in paper instead of plastic upon request made in the pickup notes.
• Do you do dry cleaning? Yes, we provide dry cleaning services with a one-week turnaround time.
